One item, or the whole property.

You point at it, we carry it out, load it and take it away. Stairs, tight hallways, a back yard with no gate: that is the job, not an upcharge. One all-in price quoted before we start, with the dump fees already in it.

  • We do all the lifting
  • Disposal included in the price
  • Recycled and donated first

What we cannot put on the trailer.

Hazardous material has to go to a depot rather than with us: paint, solvents, fuels, propane tanks, asbestos and most chemicals. Mention anything questionable when you ask for a price and we will tell you straight away and point you at the right place for it.

How it goes

Point at it, and it is gone

Send a photo or two

Text or email a picture of the pile, the room or the item. That is normally enough for us to price it without coming out first.

All-in price before we start

Based on how much room the load takes up, plus the disposal fees for the material. Labour, hauling and dump fees in one number.

We carry it out

You do not need to move anything to the curb or the driveway. Stairs, narrow hallways and back yards are part of the job.

Sorted on the way

Metal, clean wood, working appliances and usable furniture get pulled out for scrap, recycling or donation before the rest goes anywhere.

Swept up behind us

We sweep the space before we leave. Most of the time you cannot tell anything was ever there.

Common questions

Pricing, lifting and where it ends up

How much does junk and debris removal cost?

Pricing is based on how much space the load takes up in the truck or trailer, plus disposal fees for the material. We give you an all-in price before we start, with labour, hauling and dump fees included, so the number we give you is the number you pay.

What can you not take?

We cannot haul hazardous materials: paint, solvents, fuels, asbestos, propane tanks or certain chemicals. Mention anything questionable when you request an estimate and we will tell you straight away, and point you toward the right disposal depot.

Do I have to carry anything out?

No. That is what you are paying for. Leave it where it sits and point at it. Stairs, tight hallways and back yards with no gate access are part of the job, not an extra.

Do I need to be home when you arrive?

Not necessarily. If the items are outside and accessible, we can do the job while you are at work and send photos plus the invoice once it is done. For inside jobs we do need someone to let us in and point out what stays.

Can you come today?

Often, yes. Same-day and next-day slots come up most weeks. Call rather than using the form if you need it gone today and we will tell you what we have.

Where does the junk actually go?

Whatever can be recycled or donated gets sorted out first: metal, clean wood, working appliances and usable furniture. Only what is left over goes to landfill.

Do you work with contractors and property managers?

Regularly. Renovation debris, turnover clean-outs between tenants and recurring site cleanups are all standard work for us. If you have multiple properties, call and we will sort out a standing arrangement.

The rest of what we do

One crew, one call, one invoice. If a job crosses two of these, it still gets quoted as a single price.
