If a tree is down across a driveway, a fence or a roofline, the form is the slow way to reach us. Call and we will move it up the schedule. Wind and ice do not wait for business hours, and neither do we.
How it goes
Photos in, property cleared
Send a couple of photos
Text or email a few shots of the pile, the yard or the lot. That is usually everything we need to price it without a visit.
Firm price back, usually same day
Labour, hauling and disposal in one number. No hourly meter running while you watch, and no tonnage line item at the end.
We clear and cut
Crew, machine and saws on site. Trees and limbs cut down to size, beds cut back, overgrowth taken off at the ground.
Loaded and hauled
It goes on the trailer as we work rather than sitting at the curb. Green waste goes for composting where we can get it there.
Raked, swept, walked through
Lawn raked out, driveway and walkways swept, and we walk the property with you before we leave.

Common questions
Yards, storms and overgrowth
Do you take the debris away, or just pile it up?
It leaves with us. The trailer is on site and everything goes on it as we work, so you are not left with a pile at the curb or a stack of yard waste bags waiting for collection day. Disposal is already in the price.
How fast can you get out after a storm?
Call rather than using the form and we will tell you straight away. Anything blocking a driveway, leaning on a fence or sitting against a roofline gets moved up the schedule ahead of routine work.
Do I need to be home?
Not for outside work. If we can get at it and we know what is staying and what is going, we can do the job while you are at work and send photos when it is done. Just tell us about anything that looks like junk but is not.
The lot has not been touched in years. Is it too far gone?
No. Overgrown and vacant lots are normal work for us, and the ones that look worst from the road are often straightforward once the machine is on them. Send photos and we will price it.
Do you do recurring cleanups?
Regularly, for landlords and property managers especially. Turnover clean-ups between tenants and seasonal visits on a standing schedule are both easy to set up. Call and we will sort out an arrangement.
What happens to the branches and leaves?
Green waste goes for composting where we can get it there rather than to landfill. Anything else in the load gets sorted the same way as the rest of our work: metal out for scrap, clean wood diverted, landfill last.
